Of course, you can also send us an email directly with your inquiry. Ideally, please send us the following information and files to info@prioadd.de:
- 3D data of your components
- Quantity for each component
- Material for each component
- Post-processing for each component
If you are still unsure which material or post-processing is right for your component, you are welcome to email us your component requirements, and we will suggest a suitable material and appropriate post-processing for your application!
How we create your quote
After receiving your inquiry, we check whether your components are suitable for additive manufacturing using SLS 3D printing. We primarily analyze your component with regard to the following aspects:
- Wall thicknesses
- Representation of details, such as the size of inscriptions
- Hole diameters and gap sizes
- Tolerances and fits
- Joints and hinges
- Residual powder removal
- Warping risk
After this brief DFM analysis (Design for Manufacturing), you will receive your quote as a .pdf document via email. If we notice anything during this DFM analysis, we will prominently highlight it as a note at the top of the quote in our company color!
Typically, we do not need longer than 30 minutes for a quote – Challenge us and inquire now.
Order placed - What happens next?
After you have placed your order with us via email, we will send you an order confirmation. On this order confirmation, you will find the delivery date when your components will arrive!
We ship all our packages with UPS, so they arrive with you on the next business day. On the day we dispatch your components, you will receive the delivery note with all shipped items, as well as the UPS tracking number for your package via email.
